Could it be that the opening night loss to the Packers was the best thing that could have happened to the Bears? Too early to say for sure this year, but it worked out pretty well last season… until that kick and all. But the national public and media saw all they needed to, or cared to see from the Bears in that game. Great defense, horrible offense, next… it’s not to say these last 2 games have changed this perception that much, but it feels kind of good to be flying under the radar again on the national level, if that’s even possible.
