Go figure. The Bulls beat the Warriors at home on Thursday night on TNT. We could have been making a lot of money on this thing. 18-0 in the past 18 games like this?!?! That’s just nuts.
The Bulls played a solid game overall. Of course Jimmy had a good game; we usually need that to win, and I still have plenty of love for him. I still do believe we should keep him and build around him, although not sure if GarPax still believe that. That will be figured out in the offseason now, with the trading deadline passed. But another Bull that I really like… I’ll call him my new favorite Bull… is Bobby Portis.
He reminds me of a Thibs guy. I hate to keep referencing him, but I just can’t help it. What am I supposed to say? He reminds me of a Fredberg guy? And what the hell what that look like anyways? When I say a Thibs guy, you know what I mean. He plays hard. He gives it his all. He hustles. He plays good defense. Yesterday, he played a really nice game. He may be a part of the core of this team going forward.
The one good thing that came out of the otherwise useless Taj Gibson-Doug McDermott trade, was that some of these young guys will get more playing time. Dougie was a young guy, but I guess the decision was made that he’s not part of the core going forward. I’m fine with that. That’s what we should be doing right? Trying to determine who should stay and who should go. We should be trying to find a core group of guys that will help lead this Bulls team in the future. That’s how the good teams do it. We can reference the Blackhawks and Cubs for proof.
As 5mg cialis tablets you should make efforts to maintain balance between your work and personal life. Those consist of: viagra generic cialis Conditions upsetting the circulation of blood in direction of penis. A man with spinal cord injury can experience incomplete, not strong enough erection, absent hard on, lack of buy cialis levitra orgasm, delayed ejaculation, no orgasm at all. But it is cialis sale online now not a serious disease. Yeah, so Bobby is getting a lot more playing time. I liked him when we drafted him. Yes, he was raw, but he always had a lot of energy. Wasn’t he the guy who would pump himself up by thinking the other guy was talking about his mom? I think that’d work for most guys. The problem was that he wasn’t getting enough playing time. Now he is. And he looks a bit more polished now. He is decent facing up the defender and has a nice little back to the rim move. Forget about the treys, and concentrate on being in the paint. I think that’s where he’ll have the most success.
Speaking of that Taj trade… how bad does Payne look? And GarPax liked this guy for a while? That’s what scares me about the future… having these guys identify the talent, and make the draft picks… I guess it’s hit and miss with anybody. If Bobby turns out to be what I think he can be, that’ll be another good pick for GarPax. But this Payne guy??? Geez. And to see him wear #22!!! That pisses me off.
Here’s my two cents on that subject. I don’t mind somebody wearing 22, because it’s not a retired number, and although Taj was awesome, it will not be retired any time soon. I would just like to see somebody who has some skill wear it. It’s the same deal with #1. MCW was going to use it, but got some backlash. Anthony Morrow was going to use it, and got the same. Same type of thing here. I don’t mind somebody wearing Rose’s old number; it will NOT hang in the rafters with his name… period. So, it should be worn again. But… I’d like to see somebody good wear it. I’d like to see some guy that is good, and has the confidence, and has the personality, and the swagger, to come in , and rock that #1, and be an all star. That’s what I’d like to see.
Next up for the Bulls is the Clippers at home.. the Fire GarPax game. It is on national TV, but it isn’t TNT and it isn’t Thursday night, so… should we chalk up the loss now? Go Bulls!

thought the same about portis when he was drafted. wasn’t a real game breaker for the first half of the season, but that can be attributed to limited playing time. i didn’t watch the game, but agree that he will become more polished with the extended playing time.

Bulls beat gsw…go figure, 18 in a row and counting on tnt thursday nights…definitely a missed money opportunity. Gsw has no finishers on that team, which is their biggest problem. Close game, who takes and makes the big shot? The sploosh bros aint cutting it. Maybe kd, but he is hurt now…something to worry about for them. Back to the Bulls, bport is getting some tick and taking advantage. He does seem like a thibs guy, but lets just hope he keeps polishing his game so he can be a piece of the puzzle going forward. That scrawny midget payne does not look like a piece of the puzzle, but rather a pain in the ass…to be determined I guess. Go ahead and pencil that upcoming loss to the clips in…roller coaster coming back down.
