It would come into play with our first round playoff matchup, but since the choices are the team we scored 22 goals against the first two games, or this team that has scored three goals all season, not a biggie. Maybe I’m not giving these kids enough credit, but most likely it’s us that care more. That’s ok… As long as the adults don’t take it too seriously. Yep, having fun is what it is all about at this age, but there is nothing else like winning. The 2 definitely go hand in hand. Glad there was no let down. Another hat trick in the books for my nephew brings his goal total up to? Double digits for sure with a shot at 20? Some practice time should be good heading into the playoffs. Obviously not overlooking the first game but with an eye on round 3 for sure. Maybe some strategy or plays to draw up in anticipation? 5-1 is a good year. 7-1 will be a great year! Good luck Knights!
