I have to do it. I have to stay consistent. I think it’s pathetic that a superstar leaves his team to join forces with another superstar because they can’t get over the hump.
First it was LeBum… flying south to Miami to ride DWade’s coattails, and even Ray Allen’s, to get his 2 rings. Coming back to Cleveland, he made sure he had Kyrie Irving… because no matter how good he is, no matter how he stuffs the stat sheet, he just ain’t clutch. He needs somebody else for that. Then it was Kevin Love… running from the Wolves to ride LBJ’s coattails. Haha… he did get his ring, bravo Kevin, and he was such a big part of it… But hey, a ring is a ring, right?
Now it brings us to today’s featured bitch, Kevin Durant. Never had anything against the guy, but to leave OKC to join the team that just finished with 73 regular season wins, is just ridiculous. It’s sad. It shows a lot about these guys’ characters… they just don’t make them like they used to. They’re not cut from the same cloth as our superstars… the ones we watched and idolized growing up.
It’s another example of a superstar and their team being on the brink… blowing it… and giving up. He gave up… the whole, can’t beat them join them thing. Durant took issue with that back in the day. You can’t delete that tweet KD… where you said how ridiculous it was… everybody playing for the Lakers or Heat instead of being competitive and trying to beat them. You remember that Kevin? I guess it doesn’t matter, because you pulled the same stunt. I guess you just don’t have it in you.
You can’t win a title… and it’s not like you were on your own. You had another top 10 player on your team. You had the 3-1 advantage this year in the Conference Finals. And.. you choked. Interesting to see how this will work out… one guy who choked and blew a 3-1 lead joining forces with another guy that choked and blew a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals. So pile up all those regular season wins, but when it comes down to it, who will take that last shot?

I’m not a fan of Russ either, but just give up on it? OK, it’s been 10 years now… maybe you’re just worried about never winning an NBA title. Scared even… And that actually does add up… scared guy runs to the best team in the league. Just admit it.
You could have got money anywhere. Your brand would have been just fine anywhere. You are a legitimate NBA superstar… top 3? And you couldn’t overcome. You couldn’t stick to it. You had to jump ship, and join the best regular season team in the NBA. Just disappointing.
And now, I must hate you. It’s like that… just that quick. Instant hate for you KD. I hope you never win a ring, although how can you not? 73 win team just adds a top 3 superstar… geez, it’s almost unfair. It IS unfair, but that’s today’s NBA. Not only throwing money around, but allowing these guys, with the insane salary cap, to join forces and create super/video game teams in an attempt to win a title. If that’s the only way you could do it, then I guess you better do it.
Never recall that kind of stuff before LeBum started it. I’ve said it before, and it’s ironic that this is the 23rd Hate File, because MJ never gave up. He never left to join the Lakers, Celtics, Pistons, or any other team that had superstars. He stuck to it. Heck, even when he parted ways with the Bulls on his 2nd retirement, and came back to the league for another couple years, he didn’t join the best team. He went to one of the worst, to try to make them winners. Even at that old age, he still had that fight in him. He wanted to do it on his own… with his team… not join somebody else’s. Times have definitely changed.
But it is what it is. And I feel the way I do. I hate Kevin Durant now. You’ve made it KD. You’ve made it into the Hate Files, congratulations! But what do you care? You don’t… why would you? You didn’t care about anybody, but your scared self. Scared that you couldn’t lead a team to a title on your own. So scared that you had to join a team that just won 73 games. It’s one of the most cowardly moves ever… right next to LeBum’s. I need to give you a new name. You know, like I can’t even write the Queen’s name most of the time. I got one… and it’s fits you perfectly. Kevin Ucan’t… but you did… and now maybe a solid team can carry you to your first ring… and I hope that makes you feel real proud… you little bitch.

So in 1968 Wilt Chamberlain would’ve been a bitch I guess huh? How about all the free agents the Yankees stock piled during the mid 90’s – the early 00’s? How about Deion Sanders during the 94- 95 football season? Ray Allen & Kevin Garnett would be bitches also according to you right? Hell even Nas went to Def Jam after “Ethering” Hov while he was president. KRS -1 & MC Shan did a Sprite commercial after squashing the beef.
Just admit you don’t like sports & only like what Chicago is doing within the world of sports.
JEFFK
I’d have to brush up on my 1968 history to answer that first question. Free agents leave to other teams all the time… can’t hate on all of them. I’m looking at the top tier guys… LeDouche and Ucant. Each a top 3 player in the league… each gave up trying to win a championship with their team… each ran scared to another established team to get their ring. So yes, they are bitches.
Guess you’re lucky you didn’t burn your Warriors jersey after they lost Game 7 this year? Will you return your Cleveland 23 jersey now? And no, I don’t like everything Chicago is doing either; I’ve talked a lot about it… more to come. Just keeping it real.

I guess everyone wants the ring no matter how it looks. Screw pride and more money eh! To answer a few questions, Baseball and football can not be compared to basketball. In basketball, one person makes a world of difference and impacts the teams style of play. GS will no longer be a live and ide by the 3 pointer. They now have a serious threat driving the lane which every other team will have to adjust to. Allen and KG did not change the face of that team. Allen was a 3pt threat and KG was a an inside rebounder and scorer, but Peirce was the star.
Welcome to todays NBA, this is one of the reason why less and less people are watching. Taking less money, really? Signing only a 2 year deal basically means that if we don’t win next year, I’m gone, or is GS really that desperate to be a footnote in KD’s career? Why not just go to Cleveland and have the top 2 players play on the same team?
What the hell is going on when a top star turns down more money to sign with a team for 2 years (maybe one) only to turn around after the 2 years and want a max contact?
Whatever man, boycott NBA!

Durant tucked tail and ran to the security blanket known as gsw. He can say whatever he wants about a challenge, a new experience, new city, blah blah blah…pile that ish as high as you want. You, like lebitch, could not do it with your teams. You could not get over the hump so you go to the team that you had on the ropes? Wow…it is a weak move without a doubt. 2 year contract just so you can return to okc and max out there with some other superstar not named russ to win there…sound familiar? Mark my words. Dont burn those okc durant jerseys fans. He will be back after gsw gets him a ring like miami got lebitch one before he headed back “home.” So sick of these guys and the nba. You cannot compare the nba to any other sport because there are only 5 guys who basically play the whole game. A superstar can and does make all the difference. Try to name one that did not play on winning teams in the nba, and now they combine forces instead of getting even more pissed off to beat them. I guess MJ could have jumped ship when the Bulls could not beat detroit, but guess what, he didnt and the Bulls did get over that hump. Definitely a different era…no more real hate for teams, all about the rings, no matter what or where you have to go to get one. Just like lebitch, I am sure you will win durant, but you will never be looked at and respected the same again. Both are not clutch and choke when the time is there to shine the brightest, but hey, you bitches got other bitches to hit big shots so you dont have to…WEAK!
