Who the hell watches the ESPYs? I sure as hell don’t. Yeah, it’s all about sports, so… it would make sense to watch it, but… it’s all ESPN driven, and… I really don’t like ESPN, so… yeah, thanks, but I’ll just stick with watching my sports the way I want to, not w/all the BS you try to feed us with it.

Of course, ESPN has to hype up the biggest athletes across sports, and yes, old man James is still hanging around; he’s way, way over the hill btw, but anyways. We knew he wasn’t going to retire, yet here he goes… with another “announcement”… didn’t he learn his lesson? I guess not. I guess he’s such an attention whore that he can’t help himself. I don’t know one single person who thought LeBron was actually retiring; you kidding me? He will announce this ahead of time, so he can milk every last second of this in every single city in the US and Canada before actually hanging them up. Mr. Vain wouldn’t miss that opportunity. Then his wife gets up there and starts talking… well, what do you expect? These were just some clips I saw on Twitter; thank God I didn’t watch it.

Speaking about LeBron… and his agent… were you following all the free agent signings across the NBA when that first opened up a while back? Did you notice that it wasn’t just X team and X player sign X year contract for X dollars? No, no it wasn’t. Instead, they had to include the agent on this action…. “and CEO of Klutch Sports Rich Paul”… what a fricking joke? Do you ever recall that before? It reminds me of 8 mile, and Eminem’s battle against Papa Doc… “The Free World’s got you gassed up”… This dude, thanks to Lebron, and his company are now involved, and they’re not hiding it, with the force feeding/controlling of the media/ESPN merry go round ride. Really? Hey, good for you; make that money… and make money for those players that choose you to represent them. I wonder if you get a premium off their contracts? I wouldn’t be surprised if they were taking more than other agencies, but what do I know. I do know that Zach Lavine is on their list of clients, and from my POV, that’s a mark against him.

What else happened on the ESPYs? I really couldn’t tell you. I did see a clip of that Buffalo Bills player and the training staff; I guess that was pretty cool. I mean, the guy didn’t die, so yeah, that was really cool; is he really going to come back and play some more? To each his own. Speaking about football… can’t wait for that to be back.

In the meantime, I’ll settle for more baseball, all day every day… honestly, anything than another stupid award show. I wonder if ESPN did an In Memoriam of all the people they canned lately… haha. Sucks for those people, but I think a handful of them will be fine. Meanwhile, ESPN keeps guys like Kendrick Perkins, but you know why… he says LeBron a minimum of 5 times per segment, so he’s good… not buying it… next.
