January 5, 2020: Early Exit

posted in: Bears | 0

The first weekend of the NFL playoffs is in the books. Although I didn’t watch any of the games for more than a few minutes, I was following who won and lost. I was extremely happy with the result of the second game on Saturday.

If you read any of my stuff, it won’t surprise you. There are teams that I dislike, and root against on the regular. Once my team is eliminated, the rooting against is what floats my NFL boat until all the teams I dislike are out. I only had to wait one day to see that first team enjoy an early exit.

Good for those damn cheaters. If the NFL had any balls, it would have prevented them from being in the postseason; it turned out it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal. They sucked. To start off 8-0, then finish 12-4, then lose at home to the Titans in the playoffs??? The fraud that was the 2019 Patriots was revealed. Do you think that week they got caught filming the Bengals was the only time they did that? That is their normal operating procedure. This is nothing new over the years, and it’s allowed. Not surprising based on the blatant missed calls every week that just proves how fixed the NFL is. It happens right in front of our face every week! How much of this is happening NOT in front of our face? Good riddance to the sham of a dynasty. Go ahead and sign Brady again…old ass man. (Ok, I guess I’m an old ass man too) I sure hope we’ve seen the end of their winning aka cheating ways. To end in a pick 6, beautiful.

I felt like the Bills would cover, but worried about Deshaun; what a play to set up the game winner. And yes, I did want to draft him over every other QB. Get ready for some more of that talk when he faces off with the other great QB drafted that year next week. Vikings shocked me, and although I wouldn’t prefer them to win, I’m not worried about it. Finally, the Seahawks beat the Weak-les. The Seahawks now have the most important task of this postseason.

Yes, for as much as I can’t stand the Patriots, it pales in comparison. There is only one thing left that I need to see happen to close out this NFL season. Come on Seattle; beat the Packers!
