January 29, 2019: Stepping Up the Hate

OK, I tried to make myself feel better about my teams, and there are a lot of great memories; there are a lot of things to feel good about.  We have been lucky to see what we have, and to experience those highs living here in Chicago rooting for our teams.  In my lifetime, there have been 12 total titles in Chicago:  6 Bulls, 3 Blackhawks, 1 Bears, 1 Cubs, and 1 Sox.  Those 1s are a little bothersome…  12 titles for our city in the past 42 years sounds OK, but it’s really only 7.2% of the 167 possible titles during that timeframe.  So who is taking up that 92.8%, or the other 155 titles?

Well, to make us feel a little better, there have only been 4 other cities that have won more titles than Chicago has during this timeframe.  LA & NYC have 17 each, and Boston and SF/OAK have 14 each.  So combined with our 12, we account for 44% of the total titles won in that period.  And LA has 1 more team than us, while NY has 2 more teams.  Even the Bay Area has 1 more team than we do; we have 1 more team than Boston does.  Breaking it down even further, 10 out of the 17 LA titles came from 1 team:  the Lakers.  The Yankees have 7 of New York’s 17 titles, although the Giants and Islanders have each won 4 as well.  The Bay Area is led by the Niners with 5, but the Warriors and Giants have 3 each.  Boston is the most evenly spread out from the top cities:  Pats 5, Celtics 4, and Red Sox 4… only the Bruins have that 1 title.  Like I said, it’s those 1s that bother me.  Funny enough, it’s the 2 worst teams right now, the Bulls and the Blackhawks have won 75% of the titles in my life, so how can I not be happy about that?  Being in the top 5 cities in the country with total titles ain’t too shabby either.  This is helping.

So instead of getting puzzled by the solution patterns you should explore the research reports that have mentioned the properties and efficiencies of Generic Diovan to produce suitable outputs with ideal recovery if implement in the victim according to the patient’s condition. buy sildenafil australia It speeds up the formation of cartilage and also improves the condition of blood vessels to cialis 20 mg improve the erection process. This should not happen as it viagra no prescription canada is seen in every second man these days.

Yet, I still hate.  There are 14 teams outside of Chicago that I have Hate File entries for; go ahead and check those out if you’d like.  But looking at the top teams in each sport, I definitely seemed to have missed some.  I need to start stepping up the hate.  Yeah, I got the Lakers already, but no Yankees?  Dodgers are there, but no Giants…even when considering 89?  The Patriots have one, but no other Boston team does?  The only hockey team to have one is the LA Kings?  Come on, I can do better than that.  But I thought this whole exercise was supposed to make me feel better about my teams… and I am.  Still, there are some ducks on the pond that are easy targets, and plus I probably should do one of my favorite features once a month…

Anyways, are we ready to go back to current events?  Like talking about the Super Bowl knowing the Bears should be there… knowing they could beat the Pats?  Or what about Anthony Davis on the market, and the Bulls having zero chance?  The latest offseason developments for the Cubs and Sox?  Nada… OK, sorry Brad Brach.  The Hawks have been on break.  Yeah, well, pick your poison, but just remember, we shouldn’t feel too bad about our teams here in Chicago.  Wait, I thought I was going to do a Hate File…

Nice breakdown, it does make me feel better about the amount of titles Chicago has won since I was born. The 1 title teams does bother me, especially the Bears, for reasons I have previously mentioned. The Cubs 1 title is the most recent and best of the bunch, but I think that they can win another one soon, maybe before any of the other Chicago teams…maybe a 2 team championship this year? Cubs and Bears? That would be aWesome! As far as the hate goes, there is enough to go around for most of the teams you mentioned. Current events, nhl all star weekend has come and gone…only Kane for the Bhawks. Welcome to Chicago Brad Brach…bullpen arms are always needed. Anthony Davis requesting a trade…go figure. These nba divas are really out of control with them demanding trades, building super teams, and acting selfishly all the time. Unreal! My hate for the nba as a whole continues to grow. Hate file on that? HAHAHA.
