January 28, 2017: Punish A Bull

posted in: Bulls | 1

After the dust cleared, punishments were handed out. Supposedly Wade, Butler, and Rondo were all fined for their media sharing. How much?  Who knows?  The second part of their punishment was not starting in Friday’s game at home against the Heat.  Now Rondo wasn’t starting in the first place, so not sure if there was a second part for him.  But for Jimmy and DWade, the bench was their starting point.  Nice move Fredberg.

The supposed fine, the benching for a couple minutes, were both hand slaps. For all the talk about accountability, not sure how these two punishments achieved that.  One game suspension?  That would have been better.  I mean, did we really need to be full strength against a horrible Miami team down multiple starters at home in the UC?

I guess I was wrong. They did win 5 in a row, including victories over the Warriors and Rockete, but still. They’d even be missing Whiteside for this game.  A nice game to have on the schedule after the dust up. It didn’t matter.

It was another horrible game by our boys. This time, the excuse this time would be mental exhaustion for the events of the past couple days.  I’m kind of torn.

Is a sitz bath good for urinary tract http://secretworldchronicle.com/2017/03/ viagra purchase no prescription infection Sitz bath is the most common method for treatment in medical community. The maker is accused of perhaps not sufficiently warning its clients of the possible negative effects can include pain in the testicular area, reduced sex drive, decrease in semen secretworldchronicle.com purchase generic viagra production, low libido and early discharge. The mechanism of Kamagra is very similar to the wonder that discount viagra levitra it starts working in just a few minutes after taking the oral gels. The best part of such drugs are that they serve the corporatocracy rather than sildenafil sales our best interests Growing awareness that mass surveillance has stepped beyond the boundaries from protection into intrusion Growing mistrust in the police and an awareness of police militarization… with their indiscriminate violence and petty law enforcements… I guess it’s believable enough. Still, for Butler and Wade to play that bad.  Was this their punishment back to the Bulls organization?  Butler was 1-13… Took himself out after his second foul by walking straight to his seat on the bench, with no instruction from Hoiberg, and no substitute ready.  He played it off after the game as an off night.  I think there was more to it.

Jimmy is the man after all. Above the law maybe he thinks?  Well, that’s part of the issue here.  But can we really blame him?  I already told you, we already know who is to blame here.  The question is, will Jimmy weather this storm?  Will he stick it out?  Is there a possibility that GarPax and Fredberg get shit canned?  Or, will he come to the realization that they’re not going anywhere?  Will he feel trapped, in a no win situation?  I do believe that he wants to win.  I believe he thought the Bulls already had their coach. I believe he has zero respect for the current one. Something’s got to give.

Butler has his max contract. I don’t think that has impacted him.  His Hollywood-ness…his lack of natural leadership skills… sure, but he gives it his all every single game (except Friday maybe?), he plays both ends, he wants to win.  I love Buckets.  He should be part of this.  I’d hate to see him leave amidst this mess.  Fredberg has a guaranteed contract, and we’re only in his 2nd out of 5 years at 5 mil per.  What a stupid, stupid move that was.  This needs to get better. This needs to be fixed.

Who is really getting punished here?  When are we going to see number seven?  Are we going to see another good thing leave Chicago?  Why are we the only ones who see the problem?  No time like the present Jerry.  You know what’s punishable?  You feel like you have to punish a Bull?  I got three names for you.

What a punishment! For their effort in the game, they may as well been suspended for it. Just when we thought the Bulls could not go any lower, they lose by double digits to the heat at home…pretty ugly. With all the off the court problems, things have carried over onto the court. Just a bad situation all the way around with no end in site. How will things get better? Will someone lose their job? Blow the team up? Stay tuned…the Bulls are a top story and not because of how good they are.
