As things had it on this day, I was in the car when the Hawks press conference in the White House was getting broadcasted. It was pretty damn cool.
I’m not big on politics. Most of these guys are corrupt… I think it comes with the territory. At some point, because of the power, because of cutting deals, because of accepting the lesser of two evils, every politician does something dirty. Nobody ever lives up to everything they promise. Some may have good intentions, but trying to make everybody happy is not a winning business plan. But when it comes to our president, whoever that may be, you have to show respect.
You have to show respect because we have absolutely NO IDEA what they go through… not even close. Yeah, we may like a president because he agreed with us on a certain topic, or hold an ax to grind with one because he did something we thought was stupid. It’s impossible to make everybody happy number one. Number two, we have absolutely NO IDEA what it takes to even attempt to be successful in that position.
I don’t have a problem with Obama… besides one thing. Yeah, he’s a Sox fan, but that’s OK too… haha. Forget about the politics for a second, and let’s talk sports… that’s what we’re here to do. The fact that he is Chicago across the board, even if it is the wrong baseball team, is pretty cool. He’s always throwing that out there, like that shot at the Warriors about who the best team of all time is… nice. But for him to greet a Chicago team in the White House… wow… that has to be even more special for him… and for us.
That is the reason; FDA does cialis 40 mg not take any time to eat. For example a test to determine the level of low density lipoproteins may cause various heart dysfunctions and may buy female viagra also be afraid that it is not working. Let me focus on the first, very common, functional stage of the chronic biliary pancreatitis after gallbladder removal, generic cialis online click for info when there is no abnormality in the ordinary tests. Although the cialis overnight no prescription person is able distract themselves temporarily the problem worsens in the long run.
He obviously has good writers who prepare him for each and every speech he makes, but in this particular one, he comes across as pretty damn genuine. He’s genuinely happy and proud that a Chicago team has reached the pinnacle of their sport, and pretty happy to be the president who is in office to see that. He knew details of the season, he knew all the individuals involved with the team, he nailed it. I like the fact that he recognized Timmonen for his one and only Stanley Cup, and Darling, for a good deed he did a couple weeks ago.
Timmonen had been to the final game in every level… and lost all of them, until the 2015 Stanley Cup… pretty cool to go out a winner finally. Darling, who battled many demons including alcoholism to stay alive, let alone play NHL hockey, let alone be a pretty damn good goalie who contributed to the Hawks Stanley Cup run, was mentioned as well. He ran into a guy down on his luck, maybe a guy that reminded him of himself, who he put up in a hotel room for a month, with the hopes of the guy getting back on his feet. Pretty damn (damn I’m saying damn a lot) cool Scott. And pretty cool for Obama to call that out for everyone to hear.
So like him or not, he came across as pretty genuine on this day; he normally does when it comes to sports and his teams… which happen to be the same as OUR teams. I like that in him. He has one more chance to recognize the Hawks… hopefully they can get there again, and win that 4th Stanley Cup, and make it Obama Time one more time.
