The winning streaks came crashing to an end last night. Both the Bulls and the Blackhawks lost on the road; time to start a new streak.
The Blackhawks game was the nightcap; it was a snoozer. It’s one of those games you forget about as soon as it ends. It just wasn’t going the Hawks way. Crow was unable to stand on his head; some tough goals though. The one deflection, then the other deflection that sent the puck the opposite way, and he had laid out for the save the other way. Stuff happens. Move on. I did; I didn’t even finish the game. I ended up flipping on Netflix, and started a new series; so far so good for Ozark.
But before that, it was our Bulls who came up short. It was quite the effort though. I was surprised Lebron was even playing…
If it wasn’t for the 7 game winning streak, I could have see him sit this one out… just like Kyrie did the Boston game (was he hurt?) and Embid did the Philly game. These guys pick the bum teams to rest against; don’t agree with the whole rest thing period… unless it’s like the last game or two of the year, then maybe. But early in the season, just taking a game off… we’ve been down this path before. So it was good to see James suit up for this contest; just that alone shows a little respect.

LBJ will go down as one of the best ever, no doubt. But leave the GOAT alone… I heard some argument on the radio the other day about LBJ making everyone around him better… like MJ didn’t… But look at the guys Lebron has had around him; they are already established all stars, some HOFers. And he made them better? It’s another shitty argument to try to crown him. Look, much respect to his game… he’s still out there doing it too… like I said, top 5 all time… no problem with that. But the #1 spot is taken; I wish people would just drop it already.
OK, so that turned into a little rant… wish the Bulls would have pulled it out, but they showed themselves well. They’ll get another crack at one of the best in the east next at Boston, and then the following game in Milwaukee. I look forward to it. Go Bulls.. and Hawks!

Tough night for the Bhawks. Nothing seemed to be going their way while the stars were getting some deflection goals without taking a lot of shots. Forget it and move on. Time to build another W streak.
As for the Bulls, I did not see any of this game except the last possession to try to tie it, and boy was that a terrible play. I can’t imagine that is what fredberg drew up, but denzel got caught dribbling around and then chucking up a prayer that was not answered. He should have given it to Markk who had another great game. Oh well, 2 more tough contests coming. Try to take at least 1 Bulls.
As for the GOAT conversation, I am tired of hearing and talking about it. Everyone has their opinions…fine. Ours will always be the right one…MJ is the GOAT no matter what else lebum does. Was just watching some youtube videos of MJ the other day…amazing stuff! The guy was and is in a league of his own…GOAT!
