I keep strictly looking at the record and stats “under King” as if the 12 games that preceded that didn’t happen; it would be nice if those games actually didn’t happen. At 1-11 in those first 12 games of the season, the Blackhawks certainly had dug a hole for themselves. Unfortunately, that means in order to get back to a potential playoff position, the Hawks are going to have to turn in a similar type run of games with the opposite results.
