August 7, 2017: South Beach Talents

posted in: Bears | 1

We’ve already seen this…all of this.  The guy we love to hate took his talents to South Beach.  The only way this is similar is the way I feel about Cutler.

Nobody tops Lebron in the hate rankings, but when it comes to ex-Chicago players, Cutler takes the cake.  I couldn’t wait for him to leave and am looking forward to watching the Bears this year solely for the fact that he is gone; there are other reasons.  When I heard he was back in football, I was actually happy.

I was happy because we wouldn’t have to listen to him on the TV.   I couldn’t bear the thought of him doing Bear games.  I wouldn’t have been able to do it.  Joniak and Thayer all the way.  The pair they assign us will probably still be crap, but at least it’s not him.

So he takes off for his one year vacation in Miami; I’m sure his wife approved instantly.  Not a bad place to be that’s for sure; plenty of South Beach talents down there if you know what I mean. One of them won’t be Cutler.

We know how this will go, don’t worry.  Maybe you’re rooting for him to do well because you liked him with the Bears; you’ll be wrong…and you’re still an idiot.  He’ll do what he always does; we should alert the authorities.

Actually, because of the circumstances, he may not catch a lot of heat for it.  Having to scramble to fill in for their previous mediocre starting QB, Jay was the best of the trash heap, if only because they worked together here.  I can’t remember…did we make the playoffs that year?

Of course not. That’s not what Jay does.  But this time will be different some say.  His respect of Gase and the knowledge Adam brings, plus the overall quality of the team, means he’s setup for success.  He’ll find a way; he always does.

And somebody else or something will be to blame; it won’t be his fault.  Oh no, no accountability for this ‘franchise’ QB; kind of like that other guy who took his talents here.  Nope, it’s never his doing.  All the sacks, turnovers, and dumb plays are in no way his fault.  Don’t even try it.

I don’t know how the Dolphins were going to do before they signed ass man, but I do know now. It’s a safe bet that they will miss the playoffs; book it now. As if I didn’t have reasons to hate the Dolphins and root against them, now I have another.  I wish we played them this year.

This is a one year thing; a vacation for his wife and the family…a retirement tour for the most overhyped and underperforming athlete in Chicago history.  No love loss here.  Thank God I don’t have to hear you, and thank God I will never have to see you in a Bears uniform again.  Pound some sand buddy.

Jay finds his way back on the football field. Thankfully, it is not with the Chicago Bears. We still have our own issues to deal with after his debacle of a stint with us. The “franchise” qb that gets to the playoffs once in 8 years. Yep, forgive me for not missing his ass. Good luck with the fins. That is another franchise that lives in the past like we do with our 85 Bears. Jay will help them win some games, but just like his whole career, it will come up short. They will not make the playoffs. The guy is a fraud. Him and gase can resume their bromance…a whole of good came of it here in Chicago…yeah right! Oh wait, he had a career year with him that led to absolutely nothing. Oh wait, he already knows the offense but cant lead 10 other guys anywhere. Oh wait, he has a cannon of an arm but seems to turn the ball over just as much as he throws tds. There is and has always been something for Jay to blame his troubles on. Enjoy Miami and the $10 million you’re getting. I predict turnovers and an injury. Instead of leaving Miami when you’re done jay, why don’t you bury yourself in the sand or take a long walk into the Atlantic…hahaha! F the fins and F you jay!
    BEAR DOWN!!!
