I’ve been trying to remain positive about the Bears. I saw a couple things that cheered me up, and no, one of them is NOT Nagy getting COVID. The top 2 records in the AFC belong to the Raiders and Bengals, and what do those two teams have in common??? Both have been beaten by the Bears; crazy, right? In fact, the Bears are only 3-4… not 1-10 like it feels after last week. And if you look at our losses… no excuses OK, but they have been to some pretty solid teams. Rams, Browns, Packers, and Bucs. OK, not buying the Browns, fine, but the other three are the top teams in the NFC; the only one missing is the Cardinals. Does this bode well for the playoffs when the Bears get there? Yeah, I said when!!! Hahaha… NO, it does not, although… the whole rookie potential franchise QB thing is a work in progress, no? We haven’t given up hope on Fields yet, have we? No, no we haven’t… and as long as he stays healthy as he takes his lumps getting his real game experience, we’ll be better off for it.
