As June 30th hit, the NBA Swapmeet was open for business. It didn’t disappoint. Other than the NBA Finals, and some of the playoffs, this is the most exciting part of the NBA season… the offseason. Let the musical chairs begin.
There has to be more turnover for individual teams in the NBA than any other league. I know I have talked crap about certain players leaving certain teams; I still do. And I stand by that crap talk, but imagine being able to name your price & play/live in whatever city you want? That’s pretty cool I guess. So I guess KD wants to live in NYC? Funny thing is, it ain’t with the Knicks; Durant will be going to Brooklyn, and will eventually get on the court, once he sits out this year. He’ll join Kyrie Irving in a Nets uniform. My brother in law made a good point; what’s the difference between Westbrook and KD, and Kyrie and KD? Guess we’ll see in a couple years… if KD fully recovers from his achilles injury. Maybe the Knicks will look like geniuses in this whole thing after all this money invested in KD turns out to be dead money…
Of course Anthony Davis is already heading to the Lakers, in what was possibly the worst kept secret since LeBron went to LA. You knew this was coming, right? Whatever… James another year older, and more focused on off the court activities, while AD will try to get through an injury free year. As long as somebody else doesn’t go there, someone with the initials KL. If that happens, man I’ll be pissed.
Additionally, Carole’s continued unhappiness with viagra cialis on line her much older husband forces her to seriously contemplate divorce. Flick field has generated many raindogscine.com cheap cialis outstanding terror films. It remains active in the body for 4-6 hours. buy viagra soft The sildamax is full of all those essential ingredients which are good for health of women plus it also promotes the sexual viagra sales in uk wish in the individual.D’Angelo Russell heading to the Warriors was a surprise; without Klay on the court most of next year, I don’t think we’ll see them in the Finals. I love the move the Celtics made in signing Kemba Walker. After many thought that the Celtics were better with Kyrie NOT on the floor last year, adding somebody like Kemba will only help their chances this year. These chances should improve with Jimmy making another move out of Philly and down to South Beach. This dude man… So the Sixers won’t be as good. The Bucks have reloaded signing their guys, and adding a couple. Then there’s the defending champs… back to that whole Kawhi decision.
Some ex-Bulls were on the move too. Taj and Bobby Portis to the Knicks. Niko overseas. DRose to the Pistons. Korver… who knows where he’ll end up. As for the actual Bulls, I like the 2 additions they made with Thaddeus Young and the Wizards PG. Surely looks like they’ll try to move Felicio and Dunn. Not sure anybody would be dumb enough to take Felicio, but I’m sure there’s some loophole where it would make sense. As far as Dunn, I could see him coming off the bench for a contender. Back to Thaddeus, he always seemed to kill us; solid veteran addition in my opinion. And Tomas Satoransky from the Wizards… don’t know much about him, besides that dunk highlight I’ve been seeing. Adding depth never hurts.
Yes, the initial flurry is done. More to come for sure. Keep your head in the game so that you too can remember what every team’s roster looks like heading into next year, a year in which for the first time in a long time, it could be wide open. That may make the regular season a little more exciting than it has been… Go Bulls!
