October 30, 2018: Pissed

I haven’t been upset watching a basketball game in a long time like I was on Monday night, watching the Warriors toy with the Bulls.  It was a complete joke, an utter embarrassment.  Maybe I should have just laughed it off… or if I was there, applauded when Klay got his joke of a 50 point game… never that.  Getting your ass kicked like that, applauding another player for doing it to you… you’re kidding me right?  Maybe that is what pissed me off even more.

It’s not a surprise that the Warriors kicked our ass; I was shocked that they were only favored by 11 points.  The talent difference between the Warriors and the Bulls, especially with all the injuries, is huge; that is not disputable.  You could say it was unfair; life is unfair.  Losing to them would bring no shame; losing to them by double digits is almost expected.  Losing like we did… unacceptable.

Does anybody care?  That’s the problem that I have.  It looked like we were reserved to our fate on this night, and for the most part, didn’t even try to do anything about it.  We were really trying hard to fight through those screens while the Warriors tried to get the ball to Klay Thompson the entire third quarter.  Whether it was Lavine, Holliday, or Payne, they all made half-assed efforts to fight through the screen to try to play a lick a defense on him.  It was embarrassing.  They were toying with us… not trying to score a basket, not trying to simply win the game… they were trying to get this guy the ball; yeah, he started off red hot, but then had to take a shit load of shots to get 50.  It was a joke.  How do you even allow that?

Playing defense is all about want; how bad do you want it?  It’s like playing hard defense is not valued anymore; in fact, it’s look down upon.  Why are you trying that hard?  You see the scores in the NBA nowadays?  It’s bad enough all the rules are against the defense, but instead of trying to still play a tough brand of defense, most players choose not to; we’ll simply outscore them.  We’ll just play hard on one end.  LeBum does it, most superstars do it, but I don’t care about them.  To see MY team not give effort is the worst part.

Several men opt to use a mix of many treatments and notice it simpler instead of cialis tadalafil using just one treatment. Kamagra 100mg ought to levitra fast delivery be taken one and only time in a day. Being originated in China, this ingredient is not been approved by online prescriptions for cialis the US Food and Drug Administration and got permission to be facilitated through registered medical store. In most cases men resort to drugs like brand levitra http://downtownsault.org/author/saultdda/page/5/ to manage these problems but often that is maybe not necessary. They were resigned to their fate; they mailed it in.  I felt like I did when the Pack and Pats kicked the Bears ass that year.  It’s not about the talent nor the end result; it’s about putting your best effort out… laying it all on the field/court.  If you do that, respect.  If you don’t, no respect.  And if the players are allowed to do that, then I look to the coach; Hoiberg is a joke already… can we call an end to that experiment too?  Just because he drops the occasional swear word, or gets mad every now and then, doesn’t mean shit.  He’s horrible.

There’s plenty of blame to go around… the players, the coaches, and yes, even the fans.  How are you cheering for what you’re seeing on the court?  Folks are so easily “wowed” nowadays.. thinking they’re seeing the best to ever do it.  Like it HAS to be the best since we’re seeing it right now.  Klay had a good night shooting; a great first half, followed by a joke of a quarter.  Should he be applauded for that?  Do you think by applauding him he’ll come here next year?  Sure, I know there were bandwagon Warrior fans in attendance, and maybe they were making that noise, but if I saw a Bulls “fan” cheering him on, I would have had to say something.  I was pissed.

Ah how I long for the days of MJ, the ultimate ace in the hole killer, who would destroy individuals, teams, and the hearts of fans, as he went about his business.  Those days did happen, yes.  We should be glad we saw them, but man… I wish he could suit up again in his prime and get some payback for us… and also set the record straight to all these fans thinking LeBum is the best.  (Stupid ass Lebum tweeting I’m ready… like beating a 55 year old man would mean anything, dumb ass).  But this won’t happen.  We need to rely on the next generation of Bulls; what a sorry display they put on.

Wendell Carter seemed pissed; like that dunk he did, but who else showed any fire?  That is what’s missing right now.  So I have to turn to NBA TV to watch Thibs, Jimmy, Taj, and Derrick beat the Lakers… and just smile when they show Noah in the stands at the UC.  Even those days, I wish were back.  Garpax patting themselves on the back about our direction, while all these ex-Bulls are still out there doing their thing?  Yeah, they’re partly to blame for all of this too.  It just makes me mad that we all support the Bulls regardless and have to witness this joke of an ownership, coaching, and effort from our players.  Kind of makes me feel like Raiders fans this year… pissed.

why did they even dress for the game. could have just stayed at ditka’s and drank all nite or all that mattered.
makes one wonder at what point fred is gonna learn how to spell ‘d-e-f-e-n-s-e’. they’re not good enough, even when everybody is healthy, to rely totally on scoring more points than the opponent.

What a joke! I mean, we knew the Bulls had no shot against gsw, but they flat out embarrassed them in the UC. Already up 40 or so, they looked to klay 5 or 6 times in a row trying to get him his 50. Nobody else was looking to shoot…just find klay. And he chucked up 4 or 5 that clanked before he finally buried one to get his 50 and start their celebration…in the 3rd damn quarter! Come on Bulls, have some pride! Giving up 92 points in the first half…really? Somebody should be getting knocked down. Run through a screen. Hammer somebody in the lane. Knock down klay when he shoots a trey. Something, anything. Yes, the Bulls are overmatched badly, but they can still give 110% effort, especially on the defensive end where gsw made a mockery of you. I was fuming watching it. This game just goes to show how far away the Bulls are from every competing for a title.
Yeah, I saw the MJ commercial…pretty cool. And like always, lebum thinks it is his chance to speak out again on something he is not. GOAT, only MJ. lebrick wants to play a 55 year old and think that would validate him? HAHAHA…try making some late game free throws or any kind of shots late in games when your team is down. MJ would still make it a game at 55, and in his prime, please, he would dust your weak, diva ass all over the court. Just shut your mouth and social media accounts and worry about your terrible faker squad. Oh wait, you don’t have another superstar or 3 on it so give it a few years for them to join to carry you to another title queen!
